Do you have a clear understanding of how data moves “under the hood” and the ability to act as a consult in data-related issues?

We are looking for a new Data Engineer to strengthen our team of data and insight professionals. In this position you would plan, create, and manage data pipelines and integrations as well as do system integrations with Python or using 3rd party tools. Your days might also include planning data architecture solutions and designing, implementing, and maintaining data warehouses and data lakes using modern tech.

Qualifications that ensure your success:

• 1-3 years Python with Rest API design experience (Flask and Django)
• Commitment to good code maintenance practices using Git (Bitubucket)
• Databases:
  • SQL - preferably PostgresSQL
  • MongoDB
  • Google BigQuery
  • Amazon Snowflake (optional)
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Docker and server-less deployment

• Fluent Finnish and English
• Excellent communication and interaction skills

Additional nice-to-have qualifications:

• Knowledge of other coding languages
• Any experience with marketing automation systems
• Familiarity with Scrum
