As our new Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding multinational B2C and B2B clients through marketing analytics and supporting their data-driven culture. Your strong presentation and data storytelling skills, as well as being able to consult clients on the next best action, will be crucial to succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multichannel Marketing and BI Development
  • Working with data from various platforms (e.g., marketing automation, paid media, CRM) using modern data integration & centralisation tools.
  • Developing user-friendly BI solutions beyond channel metrics (Power BI focus).
• Marketing Data Analytics
  • Supporting clients’ digital marketing operations through a wide toolkit of marketing analytics applications.
  • Utilising digital analytics tools to analyse customer behaviour, measure marketing impact, and optimise clients’ digital presence through SEO.
  • Creating & following up on intricate marketing segments with rich customer data.
• Presentation & collaboration
  • Collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams.
• Guiding our clients through your expert consultation.

Qualifications that ensure your success:

• Relevant degree, for example, in marketing, statistics, data or business
• Strong Finnish & English presentation skills
• Work experience in relevant subjects such as data analytics & marketing
• Experience in consultative client work, marketing analytics & BI development
• Experience in business analytics is a plus
• Valued skills
  • Concepts: marketing analytics, data modeling, data storytelling & visualization, agile methods
  • Languages: SQL, DAX (Power BI), Python
  • Tools: digital analytics tools (Semrush, GA, etc.), business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred) and cloud platforms/data integration tools (GCP, Azure, AWS – Dataddo, Supermetrics etc.)
  • Traits: Effective communication & presentation skills, adaptability, problem-solving
