Senior Account Coordinator
Senior Account Coordinators are proactive and passionate about business-to-business (B2B) marketing and the clients we serve and act as foundations of support to our Client Services department.
Our office is looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Account Coordinator.
We’re searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about business-to-business (B2B) marketing and the clients we serve. Senior Account Coordinators act as foundations of support to our Client Services department. They aid internal departments by assisting with daily sales activities, brainstorming innovative ideas to improve client relationships, documenting essential information for project execution, connecting team members with client subject matter experts, and providing guidance on deliverables. They also stay abreast of industry and marketing trends.

Responsibilities:
- Support account executives and team members with project and budgetary management.
- Assist in preparing client proposals, estimates, and invoices.
- Manage a client account or a significant division of a client with minimal oversight.
- Coordinate project timelines and budgets across internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact between the agency and client.
- Build a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, and objectives to deliver strategic value.
- Collaborate with internal departments to produce high-quality, integrated solutions.
- Stay informed on client products, services, and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with planning and the execution of client event marketing needs.
- Provide input on process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
- Act as a client advocate, ensuring exceptional service and strong relationships.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of marketing experience (preferred).
- 2+ years of team or account support experience (preferred).
- 1+ year of B2B experience (preferred).
- 1+ year of marketing agency experience (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office suite of services.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organized.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure, with a positive and solutions-based attitude.
