As a Marketing Technology Manager, you contribute to the implementation and development of marketing technology solutions that support business objectives and enhance the customer life cycle. You work closely with senior colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution of Martech initiatives, combining hands-on delivery with structured planning and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
Martech Execution & Development
Implement Martech solutions based on defined strategies and business needs
Contribute to building and maintaining Martech roadmaps and development initiatives
Support the optimization of Martech platforms and processes
Identify improvement opportunities and raise development ideas
Campaign Enablement & Marketing Automation
Execute customer segmentation, journeys, and personalization activities
Build and optimize marketing automation workflows and campaigns
Ensure quality and consistency in campaign execution
Support testing, reporting, and continuous improvement
Platform Operations
Support day-to-day operations of Martech platforms (e.g. Salesforce or similar tools)
Ensure data accuracy and proper use of systems
Assist in integrations and platform improvements with internal stakeholders
Monitor performance and contribute to optimization actions
Collaboration & Project Contribution
Work as part of project teams delivering Martech solutions
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and data teams
Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices
Optionally support smaller workstreams or coordination tasks
Qualifications That Ensure Success
~3–5 years of experience in Martech, CRM, or marketing automation roles
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
Understanding of customer data, segmentation, and campaign execution
Ability to execute and support development of Martech solutions
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience working in project environments
Fluent English (Finnish is considered an advantage)

Competitive salary: Starting at €3800/month, based on experience and skills.
